Portable battery-powered half-track tape recorder. 4,76 and 9,53 cm/s speed, frequency response up to 12 000 Hz at 9,53 cm/s, 10 cm reel diameter with cover inserted, 13 cm without cover. It was possible to insert a mains power supply instead of the batteries. The motor has an electronic speed control. The older version of this recorder, the ANP401 Uran, had a mechanic centrifugal speed regulator. Portable tape recorders were popular among the youth, musicians and sound enthusiasts. This was the last reel-to-reel portable tape recorder, only cassette recorders were manufactured later.
