Portable radio with good equipment - quite powerful output stage, tone controls, signal strength and battery condition meter, backlit dial. The main advantage was the possibility to insert it into a holder mounted inside an automobile and use it as a car radio. In the car, the output power would be further increased and an external speaker would be connected. It was possible to easily take the radio out of the car and use it as a regular portable radio. An interesting design feature is the usage of a double-sided printed circuit board, which was fairly unusual at the time.
